Inaayah sells limited-edition women's clothing and handmade accessories through this website, by appointment at our Lisbon atelier, and by phone. Each product page lists the materials, dimensions, and care instructions specific to that piece.
We reserve the right to adjust the catalogue without prior notice, as each collection is produced in small batches and may sell out before the season ends.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. For custom or made-to-order items, we will contact you within two working days to confirm the production timeline and any adjustments to fit or finish.
If a piece is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative from the current collection.
You may return unworn items in their original packaging within fourteen days of delivery. Custom pieces, including altered garments and personalised accessories, are excluded from this policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
Inaayah is responsible for delivering items that match the description and quality shown on the website. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, styling dissatisfaction, or allergic reactions to natural materials, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
Care instructions are provided with each piece; failure to follow them may affect the product's durability and is not covered by our warranty.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if these terms are violated, particularly in cases of fraudulent transactions or misuse of our content. We may also update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
