When you book a fitting, request a style consultation, or send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the text of your message. We also collect basic technical data from your browser, such as IP address and device type, to keep the site secure and understand general traffic patterns.
Your contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule an appointment at our atelier, or deliver an order. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Analytics events help us understand which pages are useful, but they are anonymised and never linked to your identity.
This site uses a minimal set of cookies: a session cookie for basic functionality and an analytics cookie to count visits. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the catalogue or contact options.
